Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and quotes via phone and email.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients over the phone.
- Handle customer queries regarding quotes and orders, ensuring smooth communication.
- Follow up on quotes and hand over any after-sales tasks as needed.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- A friendly, personable character with great communication skills.
- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls confidently.
- Previous experience in a trade background is desirable but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for building relationships.
