If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!Our client, a well-established and highly regarded maintenance company, is looking for a dedicated Reactive Works Administrator to join their dynamic team in Coulsdon.As a Works Administrator, it is a key role to ensure that repair and maintenance jobs across the South East of London are handled efficiently, to give seamless operations and excellent customer service. If you're ready to be the hub that keeps things moving, this could be the perfect job for you.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming requests for repair and maintenance works, ensuring jobs are raised, logged and managed swiftly.
  • Organise and schedule operatives and technicians, keeping everything on track.
  • Ensure all necessary materials are ordered, and purchase orders are raised promptly.
  • Maintain contact with pub managers and clients to keep them updated on the progress of works, making sure everyone's in the loop.
  • When jobs are complete, close them and ensure everything is ready for invoicing.
  • Answer all incoming calls, take messages and redirect calls, making sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Liaise with external subcontractors when needed, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in scheduling or administration is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional telephone manner.
  • Attentive and offer a warm welcome to visitors and customers.
  • Organised, efficient, and thrive on making sure everything goes to plan.
The Package:
  • Monday - Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
  • Competitive Salary: £25,000 - £30,000pa DOE
  • 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
