- Handle incoming requests for repair and maintenance works, ensuring jobs are raised, logged and managed swiftly.
- Organise and schedule operatives and technicians, keeping everything on track.
- Ensure all necessary materials are ordered, and purchase orders are raised promptly.
- Maintain contact with pub managers and clients to keep them updated on the progress of works, making sure everyone's in the loop.
- When jobs are complete, close them and ensure everything is ready for invoicing.
- Answer all incoming calls, take messages and redirect calls, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Liaise with external subcontractors when needed, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish.
- Previous experience in scheduling or administration is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional telephone manner.
- Attentive and offer a warm welcome to visitors and customers.
