About the role

The Marketing Administrative Assistant is an important role, supporting the team as they work across a range of clients and projects. You will build upon your organisation skills with new knowledge, skills, and experience to support the delivery of quality services on which we pride ourselves.

Key responsibilities

  • Reference scientific materials and upload for regulatory review
  • Support clients with data entry
  • Proof-read and quality check collateral
  • Support development of quotations to win new business
  • Provide administrative support for business
  • Liaise with suppliers and partner agencies
  • Work alongside Koodoo consultants to develop reports for clients

About you

  • Proactive, energetic, and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Good analytical skills and a strong communicator
  • Strong attention to detail and committed to delivering accurate work on time
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Desire for on-going self-development

The important details

  • Starting salary of £28,000 per annum (based on 40-hour week)
  • 25 days holiday (33 days holiday including bank holidays)
