Responsibilities:

  • Qualifying and registering applicants
  • Matching applicants to client properties
  • Selecting high-quality buyers and presenting offers to vendors
  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Booking valuations
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Assisting with general office duties as required by the line manager
