Job Description

The job entails:

The collection of property rent and other property related revenue

Supporting our credit control team

The status checking of potential commercial leaseholders

Internal auditing

Checking tenant compliance to lease terms

The work is both office-based (Chipstead, Surrey) and on the road, with travel mostly limited to Greater London and North Surrey. This is a part-time position with flexible hours determined by work schedule. 15 to 20 hours per week. Competitive hourly rate the opportunity to earn performance bonuses.

A company vehicle is provided for business use.

This role would suit somebody who has previously worked in the emergency services, forces or similar role.

You will have:

  • A mature outlook
  • Good judgement
  • A good understanding of what used to be called The Three Rs (reading, writing and arithmetic)
  • Good Communication skills, the ability to communicate politely and confidently
  • The ability to keep calm in all situations
  • Organisational and time keeping skills
  • The ability to work alone or in a team

What you will need:

  • Hold a clean full driving licence
  • A good general education
  • To be physically fit

  • Experience in a customer service role
