A luxurious 4-star hotel in the Coventry area is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee its popular and extremely busy restaurant.
This role is perfect for an experienced & motivated individual looking to develop and improve the level of service delivery in an award-winning restaurant, enhancing their food and wine knowledge while delivering first-class service.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and to handle the volume of guests coming into breakfast at the weekends and control the peaks and troughs
Train and lead the restaurant team to grow and develop their own careers
Elevate service and delivery standards
Handle the busy breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner services with a hands-on approach and work with your team to deliver exceptional service ad have fun throughout the shift.

Ideal Candidate:
Proven career in hotel restaurant management as a Manager or Assistant Manager level, ideally within a high volume hotel restaurant.
Able to manage the daily volume of guests, control and manage the diary for a busy restaurant for every service
Passionate, creative, sophisticated, and capable of working with and growing the restaurant team.
Ability to manage varied shifts, ensuring no constant late dinner shifts.

The hotel supports candidates wishing to relocate to the area by offering short-term on-site accommodation.
