Job Purpose
  • Overseeing onsite audit assignments from planning to completion, working alongside Audit Manager and RI (50% of the role)
  • Preparation of statutory accounts for partnerships and sole traders
  • Preparation of corporation tax computations
  • Reviewing VAT returns for limited companies and groups
  • Communicating clearly and effectively at all levels to progress assignments and resolve queries
  • Supervising junior staff, including review working and delivering training
  • Building trusted client relationships, acting as their main point of contact to proactively handle queries
  • Championing your own professional development, undertaking training opportunities where possible
  • Working directly with Managers to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are always met

  • ACA / ACCA / QBE qualified, part qualified, studying or with a desire to begin study
  • Demonstrable experience within UK practice
  • Proven track record of overseeing audits from planning to completion
  • A hands-on team player who can also work autonomously

  • Exceptional communication skills and keen eye for detail
  • Able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and third parties
