Reed Accountancy is delighted to be supporting our Coventry based client with the recruitment of a Qualified Management Accountant.
The role will be reporting into the Financial Director and working within a small friendly finance team. This role will have no direct reports.
Main Duties
- Preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Preparation of P&L
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Accruals and prepayments
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Project monthly cost centre reviews, Budget vs. Actuals vs. Forecast YTD.
- Assisting with annual audit
- Cash allocation
- Expenses
- VAT returns
- Query resolution
- Supporting transactional queries
The position of Management Accountant plays a pivotal role in the company and would suit candidates who possess the ability to prioritise and who are experienced with working to set deadlines, work without supervision and have a can-do-attitude.
You will be ACCA, ACA, CIMA or ICAEW Qualified, candidates who are finalists or past finalists’ can also be considered for the position.
