An exciting opportunity has arisen with us here at Marks Sattin, Birmingham. A client of ours is looking to expand their organisation based in Coventry. Keen to find someone who can become a fundamental member of the small Finance team. A brilliant opportunity for some to set up into and to be a part of great organisation.

Main Duties include:

  • Uploading Invoices onto SAGE/Navision
  • Ensuring payments are received and made in sufficient time.
  • Ensure all suppliers paper are correct and up to date, stored correctly.
  • Manage and resolve any financial queries.
  • Tracking/managing repayments from customers/suppliers.
  • Arrange prepayment plans.
  • Create creditors reports to deliver back to Finance Manager
  • Setting up new customers/suppliers on SAGE
  • Other Ad hoc duties

Experience of ideal candidate:

  • Strong experience/knowledge of SAGE is a MUST
  • 2+ years of All rounded finance experience
  • Can commit to working in office 5 days a week.
  • Experienced working with a small team
  • Organised, ambitious and focus personality.
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
