Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join a dynamic finance team for a growing company in Coventry. You will play a key role in supporting daily financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and records
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
- Support month-end closing processes and audits
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in a finance or accounting role (preferred)
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and organisational abilities
