Compliance Consultant - 39719
Do you have compliance experience, and are you seeking a new hybrid contract role in Coventry? Jonathan Lee Recruitment is helping a collaborative company recruit a Compliance Consultant, and the role comes with an umbrella contract rate of £25.96/hr (inside IR35).
The Compliance Consultant will work with an existing team of four members, reporting to the Process Delivery Manager. The role covers Data Subject Access Requests and all related legal requests. This is a high priority, as we are legally bound to respond. The role involves hybrid working, with 2-3 days in the office. Wednesday is a mandatory office day.

- Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced HR Direct environment
- A good communicator with the ability to communicate complex ideas and experience in stakeholder management
- Previous experience of Compliance in a supporting role
- Experience using Microsoft e-discovery or other search-equivalent digital tools
- Proven Project Management experience using Project Management techniques, e.g., Project Planning, Risk Management, etc.
