To support their continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to drive business development and manage key client relationships.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will work closely with both internal teams and clients to deliver tailored solutions that align with their business needs. This role is ideal for an ambitious and results-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • New Business Development: Identify and engage with potential clients to expand the customer base and increase revenue.

  • Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • A proven track record of sales success, ideally within media, advertising, or a related industry.

  • Experience in account management and new business development, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • A self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.

  • A full UK driving license and flexibility to travel across the West Midlands as required.
