Alexander Daniels is recruiting for an experienced Accounts Receivable clerk to join a leading maintenance services business based in Coventry. Reporting into the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will be responsible for covering all administrative tasks, billing, and credit control support.
Your daily duties will include:
- Monitoring the accounts inbox
- Setting up new customer accounts
- Updating and chasing outstanding purchase orders
- Credit Control of a high value ledger
- Generating invoices for customers
- Assisting with resolving any customer queries which may arise
- Any other ad-hoc duties
The ideal candidate must be a confident and strong communicator and be comfortable working independently. They should have hands-on experience working with a computerised accounting system and be proficient in using Excel and V-lookup tables. You will be working alongside the wider credit control team, but you will be responsible for your own ledger within a smaller division.
This role is a permanent, full-time position (on a hybrid basis) and on offer is a salary of up £27,000.
