Description
- Process and manage invoices, payments and other financial transactions
- Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
- Assist with preparation of reports and budgets
- Coordinate with other departments
- Handle supplier and customer queries related to payments and billing
- Maintain confidential financial information and ensure data accuracy.
Profile
A successful 'Finance Administrator' should have:
- Previous experience in a finance or administrative role
- Familiarity with financial software and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot discrepancies
Job Offer
