This client has a rich history in Coventry, having been founded in the 70's and is still very much growing today, thanks to their dedication to product development and on-going investment.
The Role
The role is Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable and duties include:
- Processing incoming invoices and obtaining authorisation to pay
- Processing intercompany invoices
- Resolving all supplier queries
- Expenses posting and payments
- Posting credit card transactions onto Sage and obtaining invoices to match transactions
- Raising ad hoc payments as required
What are we looking for?
It is essential that you are already a Purchase Ledger / Accounts Payable Clerk
Intermediate excel is a must have
