Workshop Controller

Location - Coventry

Salary - 35,000 DOE

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Workshop Controllerfor our client in Coventry. Our client is part of a well-known dealer group and due to commercial growth they are keen on adding an experienced Workshop Controller to oversee a high performing team. This role suits a Workshop Controller with ambitions of becoming a Service Manager.

Workshop Controller Role -

- Manage the workshop schedule, ensuring jobs are allocated effectively and completed on time.

- Supervise and support technicians, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

- Monitor and maintain workflow, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

- Liaise with customers, service advisors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

- Oversee health and safety compliance within the workshop.

- Ensure accurate completion of job cards, reports, and relevant documentation.

Workshop Controller Requirements -

- Must have 2+ years experience in the role.

- Must have experience in running a workshop and supervising technicians.

- Must have a Full UK Driving License.
