The role will include preparing players meals, food throughout the stadium on matchdays as well as catering for functions and events throughout the year.
As Head Chef your main responsibilities will be to support the Group Development Chef in leading, motivating and developing the kitchen team. You must be passionate about food, high quality ingredients and have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, particularly on matchdays. The successful applicant will thrive within a dedicated and hardworking team.
You must have experience in a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager role for a minimum of two years with the knowledge and confidence to deliver the role described above.
Hours - The rota patterns of this role varies from week to week and includes working of evenings and weekends.
