Business Development Manager, sports, Ā£40k to Ā£55k + Ā£25k OTE + car

Iā€™m currently working with a passionate company in the sporting industry who deliver high-value lighting projects into sports clubs, sports complexes, universities, and schools. This company have seen incredible growth over the past 5 years driven by partnerships with David Lloyd Clubs, Nottingham Forrest FC, the LTA, Sport England, and the FA.

Due to the high standard of their projects and the excellent work of their marketing team, they receive a large number of project enquiries. Weā€™re now looking for a passionate BDM to ā€œtake the batonā€ and deliver enquiry conversion. You will be arranging and delivering client meetings, progressing the sales process towards a close, and identifying further business opportunities. Great candidates will have a passionate personality alongside a strong background in business development and sports. Ideally, you will also have experience in lighting or electricals.

Salary: up to Ā£55k base salary + quarterly commission (Ā£25k OTE, uncapped) + car + fuel card.

Location: Field-based 4 days on the road mainly across the Midlands, 1 day in the office per week (East Midlands).
