We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Coventry, West Midlands on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the role:
As our Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives, shaping the way Oldfield Advisory engages with clients and prospects. This is a pivotal role where you will develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to win new clients, ensuring our brand resonates in a competitive marketplace. You will lead a dynamic marketing team, driving innovation and building strong client relationships. You will oversee recruitment, training, and engagement initiatives within the Marketing Team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
Promotional Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
- Draft a compelling brand narrative and content strategy to enhance engagement.
- Create messaging frameworks and manage PR campaigns for effective communication.
- Oversee campaign execution, project management, and stakeholder engagement in both digital and print formats.
Selling & Growth Marketing:
- Design lifecycle marketing and customer retention programmes that boost lead generation.
- Collaborate with the account management team to cultivate long-term client relationships.
Product Marketing:
- Formulate go-to-market positioning and sales enablement materials.
- Ensure that market research is accurate and actionable, providing insights for competitive intelligence.
Digital Marketing:
- Create a multi-channel digital strategy, including content marketing and SEO frameworks.
- Manage paid campaigns and influencer partnerships, optimising ad performance through analytics.
- Utilise marketing technology for data analysis and dashboard collation
About you:
You will need a minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years in professional services. You should possess strong project management skills, enabling you to prioritise multiple projects across various channels. Proven people management capabilities are essential, along with experience in leading teams and managing supplier relationships. Creativity and effective communication are vital for confident copywriting, editing, and crafting persuasive content. Additionally, familiarity with CRM systems, data analysis, and marketing technologies will be instrumental in your success.
