- Provide pastoral support to students, addressing their social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student well-being.
- Manage and implement pastoral care programs and initiatives.
- Monitor and track student attendance, behavior, and progress.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to student welfare.
- Promote a positive school culture and environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in a pastoral or similar role within an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and discretion.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to work.
