On behalf of my highly successful and well established clients I am now looking for an experienced Commercial Surveyor to join their expanding Company.

As a Commercial Surveyor and registered valuer within the commercial team, you will be providing a wide range of formal written valuations and professional landlord and tenant advice for clients.

You will be an important team member with an integral contribution to the growth of the business across the valuation and professional services sector.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivery of valuation reports in accordance with client instructions and RICS Red Book Standards. Delivery of landlord and tenant advice to clients
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations
  • Regular communication with commercial property management teams.
  • Reporting to the Head of Commercial.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years MRICS PQE
  • Registered Valuer
  • Clean PI record
  • Experience in valuing: Industrial, Retail, Residential, mixed use, offices and HMOs
  • Proven experience in landlord and tenant work
  • Good report writing skills and attention to detail
  • Good understanding of the local property market across the wider Midlands area
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Supporting other team members and recognising the work of others.
  • Confident in your ability to succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full driving license and access to own vehicle.
  • Sharp, enthusiastic, and accountable.

The role will cover West Midlands, Warwickshire & Leicestershire but is based in either the Stratford-upon-Avon, Coventry or Evesham Hubs.
