In this role, you will be the face of the company, visiting patients and working closely with healthcare professionals to provide compassionate and effective solutions. Your focus will be on building lasting relationships to ensure company products make a positive impact on patients’ lives.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Achieve sales targets and develop territory business plans to target accounts and ensure business growth/market share.
- Carry out an assessment regarding the potential for a patient to use the product either in their home or within a hospital environment.
- Attend promotional events/exhibitions and support the group meetings to promote the whole product range
- Plan your daily appointments and maximise efficiency of geographical visits
- Maintain KPI’s and company standards at all times
WHAT THEY WILL NEED FROM YOU:
- Target driven, but highly professional when assessing customer needs
- Ability to listen/empathise and communicate effectively is essential
- Experience of working in a clinical environment advantageous
- Fully clean driving license
- Computer literate
- Need to live within the territory (ideally the Coventry or South Worcestershire area)
WHAT WILL YOU GAIN:
- Our client is paying up to £28k
- £7,200 car allowance
- £4,500 circa per annum (target driven)
