CNC Fanuc Operator/Setter

ACR Recruitment and Training LTDare seeking a skilled CNC Fanuc Operator/ Setter to join our team in operating computer numerical control (CNC) machinery to produce high-quality components. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating with Fanuc controls, tooling, Solid works, and fabricating, with strong mechanical knowledge, to join our client based inCoventry.

Key responsibilities:

• Setting up and operating CNC turning machines to produce parts using FANUC controls
• Read and interpret engineering drawings
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Conduct regular maintenance on machines
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
• Ability to work with various materials handling equipment
• Maintain a high standard, quality and safety in all work

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as a CNC Turner Setter/ Operator
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Extensive experience with setting and operating CNC machines using FANUC controls
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications
• Proficient in problem-solving and attention to detail

Requirements:

• MUSThave experience as a CNC Turner Setter/Operator
• Proficiency in setting CNC machines with FANUC controls
• Overtime required each week
• Due to the job involving heavy lifting, the ideal candidate must be physically fit
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
