Job role: CNC Miller Setter OR Turner setter
Location: Coventry
Shifts: Weekend shift
Friday Saturday Sunday - 6am till 6pm
Salary: 17.50 p/h PLUS Shifts allowance 30%

A global manufacturer specialising in precision engineered parts for multiple industries including defence, aerospace and commercial.
The CNC Millers & Turners position:
We have an exciting opportunity for an established CNC Turner or miller. Responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to produce precision components. This role requires a high level of technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret engineering drawings to produce accurate and high-quality machined parts.
The Successful Candidate:
- 4 years' experience in CNC Turning or Milling (essential).
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Additional technical training in CNC machining is preferred.
- High level of precision and accuracy in work.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to machining processes.
- Strong communication skills
