The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the water sector and possess the necessary certifications and skills to manage site operations effectively.Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight:Manage and oversee all aspects of the water project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Team Management:Lead and coordinate site teams, including subcontractors and site personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
  • Health & Safety Compliance:Ensure all site activities comply with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site audits and inspections.
  • Client Interaction:
  • serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their requirements are met.
  • Resource Coordination:Manage the procurement and allocation of materials and equipment, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Temporary Works:Oversee temporary works on site, ensuring they are planned and executed safely and effectively.
  • Reporting:Provide regular updates and reports on project progress, costs, and any issues that arise.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in site management within the water sector.
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification.
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card.
  • Experience with temporary work is beneficial.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
