Coventry or Stratford upon Avon, with home-working available part of the week

We are working with a leading regional law firm who are expanding their Residential Conveyancing team in Coventry and are looking to attract an experienced Conveyancer. The role could also be based in Stratford upon Avon.  The firm are Lexcel accredited, Legal 500-recognised and are very well-established, with an excellent reputation throughout Coventry and Warwickshire. 

This position would suit an experienced Conveyancer who enjoys running a residential caseload, or a paralegal with conveyancing fee earning experience, who is looking to qualify in the longer term. 

You will be very well-supported in this role by colleagues, directors and support staff, in a very friendly and collaborative working environment, giving you every opportunity to flourish and progress your career.

The role will involve:

  • Overseeing and carrying out all aspects of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new plot purchases 
  • Dealing with clients and third party professionals including solicitors, referrers, lenders and HM Land Registry
  • File management 

This is a permanent job working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (35 per week) Home working is available part of the week. Flexible hours may be considered.
