KM Recruitment is seeking a Project Management / Management Apprenticeship Assessor for a home/field-based role that requires flexibility with travel.
The salary for this full-time, permanent position ranges from £32,000 to £35,000, depending on skills and experience.
Candidates must be qualified Assessors with experience in delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Operations Departmental Manager (Level 5).
Solid occupational experience in Project Management is required, and familiarity with online and group-based training delivery is preferred.
A full clean driving license and own vehicle are necessary, along with the ability to manage learner progress and adapt delivery to meet individual needs.

Train, assess and deliver full Apprenticeship Standards in Operations Departmental Manager (Level 5) and Project Management (Level 4).
Deliver full training and support learners through their Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
As part of the Higher Apprenticeship delivery, you will conduct small cohort and 1-1 sessions (online and face to face) with Managers, sharing experiences, leading informal / professional discussions and exploration of latest leadership trends.
Record professional discussions on specific units / topics based on knowledge, independent research and reflective accounts.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Work to learner review and completion timescales.

Essential Criteria:

Must be a qualified Assessor with experience of delivering full Apprenticeship Standards in Operations Departmental Manager (Level 5).
Must hold solid occupational experience within Project Management (experience of delivering APM is desirable, but not essential).
Must be comfortable with and ideally have experience of online and group-based training delivery.
Full clean driving licence and own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.
