SF Recruitment have partnered with an organisation in Nuneaton who are looking to recruit an L&D Co-ordinator within their HR team. The role is permanent, site based, and will receive plenty of support from the surrounding team. Salary: £25,000-£30,000 Working hours: full time site based, with an early finish on a Friday Responsibilities will include: - Arrange and coordinate cost effective and relevant personal development learning activities and mandatory training using both internal and external sources, as required via group appraisal processes - Develop and administer group on-boarding programmes for new starters and internal moves - Support the development of skills matrices across the group and maintain and organise training against skills matrices for production, service engineers and installers - Develop and maintain accurate group training schedule that is at all times accurate, comprehensive and up to date - Arrange, produce and distribute training-related material. - Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and facilitators, and internal working relationships with line managers and employees - Support the Academy Trainer with internal brand and product training organisation - Support those delivering on the job training. - Be the point of contact for training requests for personal development and for site specific training requirements. - Continuously assess the content, quality, delivery methods. - Have full involvement with apprenticeship training plans, college reviews and progress monitoring - Promote continuous professional development and performance - Other duties and projects that are within the job holder's capability
