Overview of Role
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and build long-term relationships with businesses seeking cutting-edge digital learning solutions.
This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the value of corporate learning and development. The role includes selling as well as providing leadership for the sales department.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Identify, engage, and convert prospective clients into long-term Skillshub customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presenting to closing deals and account management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, L&D, and talent development leaders.
- Understand client challenges and position Skillshubs solutions to address their learning and development needs.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimise lead generation efforts and refine sales messaging.
- Track and report on sales performance, pipeline activity, and market trends.
- Represent Skillshub at industry events, webinars, and client meetings.
What Were Looking For
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally in the learning & development, SaaS, or HR tech space.
- Experience selling digital learning solutions, e-learning platforms, or training services is a plus.
- Strong ability to consultatively sell and tailor solutions to client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Monday, HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.
