Responsibilities
As a Wills and Probate Solicitor / Lawyer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning.
- Drafting wills and managing probate applications.
- Administering estates and handling complex probate cases.
- Supporting clients through all aspects of the probate process.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
Wills and Probate Solicitor / Lawyer requirements
We are looking for a Wills and Probate Solicitor / Lawyer who has:
- At least 3 years of experience working in wills and probate.
- Strong knowledge of wills, trusts, estate administration, and tax implications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and organized approach to managing a varied caseload.
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
