Reed Talent Solutions are working with Cadent Gas on the search for a Customer Centre Administrator.

How can you help?

In the Customer Centre Administrator position, you will have the below key accountabilities -

  • Responding to incoming calls to the customer enquiry line
  • Resolving standard enquiries from internal and external parties and escalating more complex to the relevant area
  • Applying customer service techniques to handle all customer calls
  • Maintaining excellent working relationships with the business, and immediate colleagues
  • Demonstrating knowledge of processes and activities where applicable
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for customer resolution
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence by adhering to agreed standard operating procedures and making suggestions for improvements

What do you need to know about the role?

  • Start date: 18th November
  • Pay rate: £12.45 per hour
  • Payroll: Weekly one week in arrears
  • Contract type: temporary assignment via Reed Talent Solutions.
  • Shift pattern: Monday-Friday between 08:00-20:00 Hybrid working split between office and home, You will need to have the correct setup to work from home, Laptop will be provided
  • Location: Pilot Way, Ansty Park, Coventry, CV79JU
  • Assignment duration: 6 months (potential for extension)

You will be responding to the incoming calls to customer enquiries team, A customer service background is ideal, however, as long as you display the right attitude and willing to learn, we would love to hear from you!

Your training will be based at their brand-new purpose-built building located on Ansty Park in Coventry.
