Customer Service£23,000 Office based Coventry Our clientA vibrant and thriving British manufacturer who distributes their products globally is currently recruiting for a confident customer service professional to join them on a full-time permanent basis.Working in their busy customer service team you will act the first point of contact for existing customer needs.The role
- Delivering excellent customer service via phone and email
- Managing multiple inboxes ensuring emails are picked up in a timely manner
- Processing orders
- Overseeing logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Investigating damaged product claims ensuring photos and details of claim have been captured correctly
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure order is accurate and built to spec
- Providing goods in team with updates when to expect deliveries
- Ensuring CRM system up to date with customers notes
- Update pricing matrix
The candidate
- Passionate about customer service
- The ability to understand a technical product
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
- Ability to liase with multiple departments
- Confident
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong work ethic
- Comfortable working within a busy team but can also work independently
