REED Coventry Business Support are recruiting for Customer Support Advisor on behalf of our client who are a portal based data information provider. This role is to start ASAP on a 6 months FTC basis.
Customer Support - Coventry based organisation, offering hybrid working. Â
35 hours per week – 9:00 – 17:00 (1 hours lunch) Monday – Friday
£21000PA
As part of the Customer Support team, you will play a vital part in supporting customers by providing service excellence.
This will include:
- Manning inbound queries via phone and email by being the customers first point of contact
- Distribute or respond to inbound communications to the relevant teams
- Resolve and answer questions or queries where possible
- CRM data entry and cleansing
- Sales support administration
- Processing administration
The key elements you will need is a strong phone/email experience, as you would be a core part of the Customer service team. The ideal candidate will also have customer service experience, IT proficiency and a good attitude to work.
