Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, assisting in managing their behaviour and emotions.
Implement strategies to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
Collaborate with teachers and SEN coordinators to develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback for future support strategies.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages engagement and learning.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children with SEMH needs, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong understanding of SEMH and effective behaviour management techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs or behaviour management are desirable.
