Position: Teaching AssistantLocation: CoventryContract: Full-time, Term-time only (39 weeks)

Your ResponsibilitiesAssisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom management.Providing targeted support to students with varying abilities.Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to maintain a productive learning environment.Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and ensuring they have equal access to education.Working with teachers and staff to track student progress and provide feedback.
About You? Passionate about Education: You care deeply about making a difference in young people’s lives.? Supportive & Patient: You have a calm and encouraging approach with students of all abilities.? Team Player: You're able to work collaboratively with teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.? Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or working with young people is preferred but not essential.
