Zest Education is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a special educational needs school in Coventry starting ASAP on a long term basis.
The school focuses on providing a nurturing environment for students aged 5-19 with social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as other learning requirements. We welcome applications from Teaching Assistants, support workers, and individuals experienced in working with adults with special educational needs.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. The emphasis is on fostering independence and life skills to prepare our students for a successful transition into adult life. Creativity is key in the classroom to ensure engaging support for both the class teacher and students.

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are: Recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years, teaching within a school teaching the British Curriculum).
