- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Assist students with their learning, providing one-on-one or small group support as needed.
- Work closely with SEN students, offering tailored assistance to meet their individual needs.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Contribute to the planning and preparation of educational activities and resources.
- Monitor and report on student progress and development.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
- A genuine interest in supporting students' academic and personal growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- For SEN Teaching Assistants, experience or training in special educational needs is highly desirable.
