The job is for a Controls Manager with a progression opportunity to Director level, located in Coventry.
The salary range for this position is between £65,000 and £80,000 per annum.
Candidates should ideally have a strong background in Control Systems Engineering and relevant experience in Automation or manufacturing environments.
A minimum of HNC or equivalent in electrical engineering is required, along with excellent communication skills and team management experience being beneficial.

JOB – Controls Manager – with progression to Director levelLOCATION – Coventry TERM - Permanent SALARY – £65,000 - £80,000 per annum. A Coventry based Engineering company are currently looking for a Controls Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.The Controls Manager will ideally have the following attributes:

HNC or equivalent electrical engineering or relevant discipline.
Strong background in Control Systems Engineering – full life cycle.
Strong knowledge of Siemens & Allen Bradley systems.
Previous experience in Automation/ manufacturing environments.
Previous experience managing teams is beneficial.
Ability to read & interpret electrical schematics & drawings.
Excellent communication skills.

The duties & responsibilities will include:

Leading & overseeing control systems development from design through to commissioning.
Lead & develop the engineering team.
Providing support when required.
Communicating with management teams & stakeholders.
Ensuring burg
Ensuring all health & safety regulations are met at all times.
Liaising with customers & clients to gain feedback/ take requirements.
