What You Will Do:
- Complete the site Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programme
- Attend and resolve breakdowns on plant and equipment efficiently
- Oversee external contractors on site, ensuring compliance and quality of work
- Maintain building services in alignment with legislation and site expectations
- Ensure the upkeep of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) equipment and systems
- Keep accurate maintenance service records, contributing to the seamless operation of the facility
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with an electrical bias
- A strong electrical background, ideally with knowledge of BS 7671
- Familiarity with waterjet cutting systems, hydraulic systems, and compression moulding presses is advantageous
- Capability to fault find on both electrical and mechanical systems
- Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds, HNC, or ONC are preferred
- Good IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office packages, and any additional licences such as a forklift truck or MEWP are beneficial
