We are looking for a qualified Engineer to join our client, a growing and dynamic Energy Consultancy. In this hands-on role, you will manage and support the delivery of energy-related projects while leading and developing a small team of Project Engineers, Graduates, and/or Apprentices. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Senior Energy Engineer with strong communication and analytical skills. If this sounds like you, apply today!

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects and consultancy services for clients, including:- Scoping and proposing work required.- Gathering information both from sites and remotely.- Assessing and calculating solutions to meet client needs.- Preparing and delivering reports or compliance activities.- Presenting findings and concepts/ideas in both formal and informal settings
  • Lead and develop a small team of Project Engineers, Graduates and/or Apprentices
  • Be a key part of the delivery of the technical team?s portfolio of projects.
  • Deliver services in a high quality, timely manner and within budget.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients

Skills and experience required:

  • An experienced engineer with line management experience.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent, in a relevant subject
  • Proven technical knowledge related to the energy industry
  • Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel projects
  • Good IT skills including MS Office and AutoCAD
  • Ability to analyse complex data and present this in an easy-to-understand format.
  • You will need to be adaptable and have strong proven problem-solving abilities.
