Job Title: Enterprise Manager - Fleet and Retail
Location: Coventry
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, including weekend shifts on a rota basis
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum (temp-to-perm contract, £16.41 per hour for the first 12 weeks)

We are partnering with a charitable organisation to find a dynamic and experienced Enterprise Manager to lead our retail and fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex operations and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance retail and fleet performance.
  • Oversee daily management of retail stores and fleet vehicles.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Manage and develop our Social Enterprises.
  • Oversee electronic systems (Micromarket) and online platforms, ensuring accurate data input and optimising online sales.
  • Organise and manage contracted bulky waste collections, maximising reuse and recycling.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Must be a driver.
  • Experience managing charity retail outlets and developing enterprises.
  • Recent charity retail experience and working with volunteers is desirable.
  • Proven ability to lead, empower, and motivate a team.
  • Experience in budgeting and managing profit and loss to achieve targets.
  • Enthusiastic with a 'can-do' attitude.
