I'm currently recruiting for an Event Specialists Exhibition Team and play a key role in managing and executing top-notch events.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage inquiries and maintain up-to-date event schedules and documents.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and manage supplier bookings.
- Assist in e-commerce website development and other administrative tasks.
- Experience in event coordination preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; WordPress knowledge advantageous.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Must have a clean driver’s license and own transport.
