About the roleWe provide exceptional governance and support to our Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and our Charitable Foundation. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Society Secretary who will report into the Company Secretary.The roles responsibilities for managing Executive Committee meetings including coordinating all inputs from the business, preparing agendas, circulating papers, live minuting meetings and supporting the Executive Team on actions arising from meetingsIf you are passionate about governance and looking to make a significant impact in a respected organisation, we want to hear from you!About youWere looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
