We are looking for an Executive Assistant / Follow up Manager to join our dynamic team in Coventry, West Midlands.

About the role:
This pivotal role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and handling communication with stakeholders. You will be the linchpin that supports our management team, ensuring our operations run seamlessly.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Arrange and prepare for meetings
- Compile and distribute reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure tasks are completed by following up with team members and stakeholders.
- Provide comprehensive support for various administrative and project-related tasks.
- Manage and coordinate the schedules and time commitments of the management team.
About you:
You have a proven track record with demonstrable experience in executing tasks and managing projects. Your motivational and communication skills are strong, high attention to detail and
excellent organisational capabilities are also required. You tackle challenges proactively with sound decision-making skills and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders through empathy and interpersonal skills. IT proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and adept calendar management, and high levels of professionalism in handling sensitive information are your strengths.
