We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to our School Principal and Senior Leadership Team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the Principal’s office and requires a highly organised individual with exceptional communication skills.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support, including typing confidential documents and taking dictation.
  • Efficiently manage the Principal’s diary to optimise their time.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence proactively.
  • Deliver an efficient, professional, and welcoming service to visitors and callers in line with the school’s ethos.
  • Field the Principal’s incoming calls and messages, responding to routine enquiries and managing confidential issues appropriately.
  • Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Plan and organise meetings and interviews, ensuring all necessary information and facilities are available.
  • Brief the Principal for meetings with relevant correspondence and documentation.
  • Prepare agendas, take notes, and distribute minutes of meetings promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with school MIS.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not essential.
