Are you looking for a hands-on role in a thriving aluminium manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Preparation Operative to join our team in Coventry.
The Role:As a Preparation Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring that production equipment is delivered and installed efficiently. You will also prepare materials and components to a high standard, ensuring optimum performance in terms of both quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:?? Preparing equipment and materials for aluminium casting?? Ensuring all production processes meet quality standards?? Supporting the installation of equipment?? Working as part of a team to meet production targets
The Process:A cast is designed to match the customer’s order, and molten aluminium is poured into the cast to form the required shape. Your role is crucial in ensuring this process runs smoothly and efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:? Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment? Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes? Ability to work well within a team and meet deadlines
