Position Overview:My client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join their team. In this role, the individual will support the production process by assisting with various tasks on the shop floor, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. They will work closely with the production team to maintain quality standards, meet production targets, and contribute to a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup and operation of production machinery and equipment.
  • Prepare materials and components for production, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Monitor production processes, performing quality checks and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Support the assembly and packaging of finished products.
