Mitchell Adam are excited to be working with a fantastic business located in the Coventry area. They are looking to add a Treasury Analyst to their current finance team. You will be working as part of a wider team, being able to lean on each other for support. There will also be opportunity to pursue ad hoc tasks which will lead to exposure amongst the senior leadership team.

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to balance their workload well, managing switching between tasks throughout their day. Your duties will consist of: performing daily and weekly reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, and resolving queries promptly for review. You will also be expected to undertake some banking administration tasks, such as managing direct debit mandates, updating bank mandates, and completing banking forms as needed.

What you'll need:

  • Be actively studying towards your chosen professional qualification, whether this is CIMA or ACCA.
  • Extensive prior experience working with bank systems that has led to high proficiency and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and organise your time well, this is crucial due to the size and sector of the business.
  • Be able to work collaboratively with different team members from various teams, this will be a heavy part of your day to day.
