Main Duties:
As a Finance Business Partner your main duties include:
- Build strong relationships with Operations Directors and Managers, providing financial guidance and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Prepare trading reports, review budgets, create forecasts, and investigate variances.
- Support the Operations team with performance reporting during monthly reviews, communicating financial performance, and discussing risks and opportunities.
- Provide financial information for sales tendering activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance financial controls, and optimize efficiency.
- Develop current financial models, internal reporting, and systems within finance and other departments.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
- Support the audit process and assist the Financial Controller.
- Assist the Financial Controller and Group Finance Director with financial and non-financial projects.
- Reconcile various balance sheet accounts monthly.
- Assist in preparing company management accounts as needed.

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous Business Partner experience
- Someone who’s a real doer
- Skilled user of Microsoft packages, encompassing Outlook, Word, and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to building teamwork
