You will work with Project and Programme Managers to challenge departmental forecasts and ensure credibility and identification of opportunities to improve performance. You will provide financial insight to drive performance and ensure all risks and opportunities are identified. This position encompasses financial appraisal, budgeting and forecasting, scenario modelling, investment appraisal, cost centre management and performance reporting.In an organisation where finance is highly thought of, you will be empowered to provide decision support and strategic direction to the stakeholders this role partners with.The PersonYou will be a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA) with strong academics, advanced Excel skills and some basic modelling skills with strong stakeholder skills and the ability to think on your feet and challenge the status quo. Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner is essential with the ability to support and challenge non-finance stakeholders to add value to the business unit.
